Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on Fachat:
Harm and Safety
- Threatening Content: Content that threatens or could incite violence or harm towards individuals or groups, including threats of physical, emotional, financial, or legal harm, is prohibited.
- Promotion of Harmful Activities: Content that promotes or depicts dangerous acts, self-harm, eating disorders, or illegal activities is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the endorsement of terrorist organizations or criminal enterprises.
- Graphic and Sensational Content: Content that is graphically violent, shocking, or sensational, including depictions of extreme gore or suffering, or content that incites violence, is prohibited.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): The creation, distribution, or possession of content that sexualizes, abuses, exploits, or endangers children is strictly prohibited. Any such content will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the accounts of those responsible will be terminated. Fachat has a zero-tolerance policy regarding CSAM.
- Reporting and Moderation: Fachat provides a clear and accessible in-app reporting mechanism for users to flag suspected CSAM. We maintain a dedicated team of trained moderators who promptly review reports and take swift action, typically within 24 hours, to address violations of this policy.

Respect & Inclusivity
- Discrimination & Hate Speech: Any content that promotes hate, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups is strictly prohibited. This includes offensive language, harmful stereotypes, or targeting others based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any protected characteristic.
- Harassment & Bullying: Harassment in any form is not allowed. This includes bullying, threats, doxing (sharing private information without consent), defamation, or abusive behavior in chats, video calls, or messages.
Authenticity & Integrity
- Impersonation & Deception: Creating fake profiles, impersonating someone else, or engaging in scams or other misleading activities for personal or financial gain is strictly prohibited.
- Spam & Fake Engagement: Sending repetitive, unsolicited messages or artificially boosting engagement through bots or spam-like behavior is not allowed.
Prohibited Content & Activities
- Explicit Sexual Content: Posting or sharing sexually explicit, suggestive, or exploitative content is prohibited. This includes nudity, sexual acts, or any content that promotes abuse or exploitation.
- Intellectual Property Violations: Do not share or upload content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other ownership rights.
- Harmful or Malicious Activities: Any attempt to disrupt the platform or harm users is prohibited, including hacking, spreading malware, unauthorized data collection, or reverse-engineering any part of the Fachat app.
