Fachat Child Safety Policy

At Fachat, the safety and well-being of children are our top priorities. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of abuse, exploitation, or sexualization involving minors. Violations of this policy may result in account removal and reporting to law enforcement or child protection agencies.

Policies

Age Restriction

  • Fachat is intended for users aged 18 years and older.
  • Any attempt to falsify age to access the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or removal.

Prohibited Activities

Fachat prohibits all forms of child exploitation and abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Sexual Exploitation & Nudity
    • Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)
    • Sharing, creating, or distributing explicit content involving minors
    • Sexualization of minors, including suggestive conversations, role-play, or inappropriate portrayals
    • Any nudity involving minors, including drawings, animations, or artwork
  • Violence & Harm
    • Threatening or engaging in physical violence against minors
    • Promoting or depicting dangerous or harmful activities involving minors
  • Abuse & Manipulation
    • Psychological manipulation, coercion, or exploitation of minors
    • Encouraging or depicting neglect, trafficking, or any form of abuse
  • Platform Misuse Involving Minors
    • Presence of underage individuals in live streams, videos, or other content
    • Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors
    • Falsifying age or attempting to bypass age restrictions

Restrictions on Appearances in Content

  • Minors may not appear in livestreams, videos, or any content alongside adults under any circumstances.
  • Minors are strictly prohibited from appearing in any livestreams, videos, or content on the platform, whether alone or accompanied by others.
  • Creating accounts on behalf of minors is prohibited.

Prohibited Users

  • Individuals convicted of crimes against children, such as sexual abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are banned from using Fachat.

Reporting Mechanism

We take reports of abuse seriously. Users can report violations through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us at help@fachatapp.com.

  • All reports of child exploitation are submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant authorities as required by law.
  • Users are encouraged to report suspected violations promptly and refrain from downloading, sharing, or engaging with any harmful content.

Enforcement and Transparency

Enforcement Measures

  • Violations of the Child Safety Policy will result in immediate penalties, including account suspension or removal.
  • In severe cases, Fachat will cooperate with law enforcement agencies during investigations.

User Education

We are committed to educating our community about child safety by:

  • Providing clear guidelines on our platform.
  • Offering prompts and reminders during content creation to avoid risky behavior.
