Make a Report

Your safety on Fachat matters to us. If someone makes you feel uncomfortable, acts inappropriately, or violates our Community Guidelines, we want to know about it. Reporting is quick, confidential, and taken seriously by our dedicated safety team.

How to Report Inside the App

The fastest way to flag a concern is through the in-app reporting feature. During any video chat session or from a user's profile, tap the shield icon to open the report menu. Select the reason that best describes the issue and submit. The entire process takes just a few seconds.

Once submitted, our moderation team reviews every report individually. In urgent cases, action may be taken within minutes.

What You Can Report

You can flag any behavior that goes against our community standards, including but not limited to:

  • Harassment or bullying — verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact.
  • Inappropriate or explicit content — nudity, sexual behavior, or graphic material shown during video calls or in messages.
  • Fake or misleading profiles — impersonation, stolen photos, or deliberately false identity information.
  • Suspected underage users — anyone who appears to be under 18 years of age.
  • Scams or financial solicitation — requests for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or banking details.
  • Hate speech or discrimination — slurs, derogatory remarks based on race, gender, orientation, religion, or nationality.
  • Threats of violence or self-harm — any statement that suggests danger to someone's physical safety.
  • Spam or commercial solicitation — unsolicited advertising, promotional links, or bot-like behavior.

What Happens After You Report

Every report goes through a structured review process:

  1. Your report is logged and assigned to a member of our safety team.
  2. The reported account and associated activity are reviewed against our Community Guidelines.
  3. If a violation is confirmed, we take appropriate action — this may include a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
  4. For serious violations, including child exploitation or credible threats, we cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

We do not disclose the identity of the person who submitted the report. Your privacy is protected throughout the process.

Reporting Outside the App

If you are unable to submit a report through the app, or if the situation requires additional context, you can reach our safety team directly by email:

When reaching out by email, please include as much detail as possible: the username of the person involved, what happened, and when it occurred. Screenshots or screen recordings, if available, can help us investigate more effectively.

Immediate Danger or Emergency

If you believe someone is in immediate physical danger, contact your local emergency services first. Fachat is not a substitute for emergency response.

After securing your safety, please also report the incident to us so we can take action on our platform.
